Medicare Scam! |
|
We have received several reports from retirees who have been receiving mail - claiming to offer Medicare reimbursements into Social Security checks. This is a SCAM! Do not fill out the forms or send them back to the company (Direct Mail Network, LLC). Sending this form in the mail may cause you to forfeit your State of Connecticut Aetna Medicare Advantage plan!
The State of Connecticut Retiree Health Insurance offers exceptional coverage and benefits. It is crucial for everyone to remain aware of the presence of scammers who prey on unsuspecting individuals, often employing seemingly innocent methods to exploit them. Never divulge personal information over the phone or by mail.
Here is a copy of the letter sent to retirees. Again, if you receive this or something similar, DO NOT fill out the form!
